Project Spotlight: The Recording Academy - 50 Years of Hip Hop Campaign

Project Summary

When the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop came around this year, it was natural for The Recording Academy to participate in a big way. Seyi ‘Goke, a creative on our platform, led the art direction for their 50 Years of Hip Hop campaign that’s running through the rest of the year.  His work is being used in editorial pieces on The Recording Academy's website, on their social channels, on GRAMMY Museum exhibits, in promotional videos, and in their email communications. Just recently, his designs were used as the event branding for the 50 Years of Hip Hop celebration at the residence of Vice President Kamala Harris. They were everywhere, from the stage graphics to the staff and guest badges. Check out the work below.
